Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt. Items are eligible for return with a full refund if they are new or in slightly used condition and in their original packaging. Please note that returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong model phone case are not allowed.

Initiating a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a prepaid return label, so you won’t need to pay for return postage. Just follow the instructions we send and drop off the parcel accordingly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it. In these cases, we will always cover return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive the full value of your eligible return, subject to our return conditions.
