Shipping

1. What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders over £10. A shipping fee of £1.99 applies on orders of £10 and under.
2. How long does shipping take?
Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. Lead time is 2-5 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 
3. Who are your shipping carriers?
We partner with various carriers to ensure timely delivery. The specific carrier used for your order can be found in your shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

5. What is your returns policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Slightly used items are acceptable. Returns must be initiated by contacting us at contact@shopcases.co.uk, and returned items should be sent to 67 Egerton Road South, Manchester, M210YW.
6. How do I return an item?
Please contact us via email at contact@shopcases.co.uk to start the return process. Include your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return.
7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
All items are returnable provided they meet our return conditions, except for sale items and gift cards which are final sale and cannot be returned.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address the issue promptly.
9. When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
